can i do ma in psychology after Bvoc in media and communication

Ishita 18th Jul, 2024

Hello Aspirant,

The eligibility criteria that every candidate must fulfill in order to be admitted to an MA Psychology program is to have Psychology in their Bachelor's course. Without this, you will be not eligible to fill out the form for MA Psychology.

Some Universities (selected few) do offer an MA in Psychology without asking for Psychology in your Bachelor's course, like IGNOU. The average fee for this program ranges from 10,000 to 50,000 per annum in good and reputed institutions. MA Psychology graduates are in demand in healthcare centers, private and government hospitals, and NGOs. Average starting package can be ecpeced to start from 3.5 LPA to 6 LPA.

Hope this helps

After completing a BA in English Literature, can I pursue a degree in Visual Communication?

Nitin Kumar 21st May, 2024

Having a BA in English Literature does not disqualify you from pursuing a degree in Visual Communication. In fact, your English background can be a valuable asset in this field.

Your studies in English Literature have honed your communication and critical thinking skills, which are essential for crafting compelling visuals and messages in visual communication.
A significant part of visual communication involves visual storytelling. Your experience with analyzing literature can translate well into understanding narrative structure and conveying ideas visually.

Communication is the process of exchanging information, ideas, thoughts, or feelings between individuals or groups. It can be divided into two main types: verbal and non-verbal communication.

Speaking: Using words to communicate with others, either face-to-face or over the phone.
Writing: Using written words, such as emails, letters, or reports, to convey information.

Verbal communication can be formal or informal, and it is often used to share facts, opinions, or emotions.

Non-verbal Communication : Non-verbal communication involves conveying messages without the use of words. It includes:

Body Language: Using gestures, facial expressions, and posture to convey meaning.

Facial Expressions: Expressions such as smiling, frowning, or raising an eyebrow can convey emotions and intentions.
