The overall rank with the given score will be in between 143220 - 161000 . To check the predicted rank you may use our JEE Main rank predictor tool

Admission in to DTU and NSUT is based on All India Rank secured in JEE Main. JAC will conduct the Counselling. Last year in round 4 of JAC counselling the cut off was as follows for OBC category to get seat in Computer Science Engineering
DTU
NSUT
Considering the cut off and your expected rank you do not have chances to get seat in CSE in the preferred institutes. You need to score minimum 95 percentile or above to get seat in CSE.
Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
To know the institutes in which you may get seat you may use our JEE Main college predictor tool

Dear aspirant,
We can't exactly predict the cut-off as it varies based on number of students attempting the exam, the preferences of the students etc.
CSE is one of the most preferred branches and hence is very competitive.
Looking at the previous year trends we can say that you have a good chance of getting a rank around 10k.
It is quite difficult to get college of your interest with this rank.
The cutoff for outside Delhi general candidates have been 2.4 k for DTU and 2 k for NSUT, Delhi. For getting this rank you'll generally need a percentile of above 99.75 .
If you are a Delhi candidate you can get seat with rank up to 5 K in NSUT and 8 K in DTU. For getting this rank you'll need a percentile between 99.3 - 99.5.
Hence, we can say that you have a small chance of getting DTU if you are a Delhi candidate.
For, knowing more about your chances, please check the college predictor link.

Hope this helps.
