can I do llb.. I am passed graduation

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 31st Dec, 2019

Kusum, LLB is a Bachelor's degree. After graduation, if you want to study LLB, it will be taking a a step back for 3 years. Having said that, you can study LLB by appearing in any Law Entrance examination like CLAT. CLAT has 2 types- CLAT and CLAT PG. Now CLAT is for Candidates who want to pursue Undergraduate and 5 year Integrated Law Courses and CLAT PG is for Post Graduate Programmes in Law. Now for CLAT, you need to have completed your 10+2. But to be eligible for CLAT PG, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Law. But solely based on your 10+2 qualification, you can appear for any Law Entrance exam and start afresh from the 1st year.

does unilateral impairment in one ear comes under pwd for a for a general candidate .

jishua thomas 26th Jan, 2020

hello aspirant,

Social Security disability benefits are available for profound hearing loss or deafness, but not for moderate or mild hearing loss. The Social Security Administration (SSA) details how significant your hearing loss must be to qualify for SSDI or SSI disability benefits. Don't turn a deaf ear to hearing disability in India. Hearing impairment is not an immediately visible disability. However, you will be all ears when we say one in 250 children in India suffers from severe to profound hearing loss. The minimum degree of disability should be 40% in order to be eligible for any concessions/benefits. The statistics are staggering - 360 million people in the world suffer from disabling hearing loss. This constitutes a substantial 5.3% of the world's population.

hope this helps

sir,Mei apna bcom compkete kr chuki hu but maine sol se bcom ki h to mei llb kr skti hu aur graduation hogyi h to llb vourse ki duration kya hogi 2yrs or 3yrs

Sanjanaleekha 6th Dec, 2019

Hi there,

As per the rules of eligibility of Bar Council of India, for admission in 3 year LLB course you should have completed senior secondary education i.e. 10+2 and in addition to this you should also be a graduate degree holder, there is no rule which says that you cannot take admission in 3 year law course if you have done your graduation from open school. So to answer your question yes, you can take admission in LLB and the duration of the same will be of 3 years because as per the rules of BCI LLB can be done after graduation and the duration of the same should be of 3 years. I have attached a link of top LLB colleges in India where you can do your 3 year LLB for your reference, https://law.careers360.com/articles/9564-law-entrance-tests

sir du LLB classes konsi launguage me hogi hindi/english.

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 4th Dec, 2019

HI,

delhi university has only english as the language of llb course study. professors will take class on english version. if you are from hindi medium in 10+2 course or in graduation you may face little difficulty at first, but if you every day read some news paper on english and do watch english news channel, you may overcome the rigidness over english.

hope you may understand.

Yes Delhi University offers Sports Quota.
Under Sports and ECA quota, University of Delhi offers not more than 5% reservation. Further, Delhi University (DU) gives colleges the freedom to decide the actual number of seats that are to be filled under sports quota (not more than 5%).
These seats are determined on the basis of facilities available, requirement of the College as well as other relevant factors.
