Yes, you can apply for LLB after 12th . You may either choose BA LLB or BBA LLB five year integrated undergraduate program. You need to give the entrance examination for getting admission. Every college conducts their own entrance examination.

DU has 3 year LLB which you can undertake after you have completed graduation, with that being said, the admission in faculty of law is totally based on entrance exam conducted by DU and your 12th percentage don't play a part in it as long as you have scored

Delhi University does not offer any part time courses. But, there are other good univerisites in Delhi that do offer part time courses. LLb is offered through 'evening class' mode through universities like Naional Law UNniversity, Amity University for workinng people.
