Dietitian
Hello,
Dietitian and microbiology both are different subject. Dietitian mainly the course of nutrition and diet basis. And microbiology you have to know about the bacteria, fangi, viruses, protozoa etc.
You are completed you BSC in dietitian but you want to do MSc in microbiology. You can do it if you are getting 55% marks in your graduation degree. But I'll suggest you can go for MSc in food science or MSc in nutrition. It will be better because your subject will be change or not change but your course purpose will be same. Now choice is totally yours which subject you choose for masters degree.
All the best.
All the preferred career choices you mentioned are totally different from each other in the sense fashion designing is good for those with an artistic talent, to pursue a career in psychology it's important to have a natural liking towards helping people, and being empathy is one of the required trait, and a career in nutrition is focused on a knowing more about in-depth aspect of food and healthier ways to live free from any illness and people too in recent times have become extremely health conscious, and all the three field you have mentioned are quite different from one another, since you're yet to start your 12th, there is more and one year in order to decide your career, take your time and perhaps discuss with your parents regarding the choices, I would say if your passion is fashion designing then focus on it whole-heartedly, since you mentioned it in the top-list, the courses you mentioned are very different from one another, and it's not like they fall in the same discipline, so as per your strong preference, choose the course, and you can also evaluate the same from the fact that which are all the subjects which you enjoy and at the same time score good marks as well, this can be of the deciding factor.
With graduation in English Literature it will be not possible for you to pursue master's degree in nutrition and dietetics, the reason being the eligibility criteria for this emphasis on having a science background in the sense you need to be a graduate in relevant discipline, you can explore your choices in terms of other interest for example if you like teaching pursue BEd or you can do master's degree in your domain and appear for UGC NET for teaching at university level, if you like writing you can explore content writing, copy writing, or some of the courses which are in high demand are digital marketing, with the boom of social media the role of marketing has changed a lot, you can pursue MBA if you have interest towards management studies or LLB in case law interest you.

If we talk about clinical nutritionist and dietitian then clinical nutritionist uses a holistic approach to healing , taking into his consideration of the person's body in whole mind , body and soul and has practiced it on different patient .
Where as clinical dietitians use knowledge in the science of nutrition to advise on appropriate diet, food and menu planning to treat nutrition related disease and has practiced it clinically on the patients .
And if we talk about normal nutrionist and dietitian then normal nutrionist are those who would have only know to guide people about healthy eating habits to improve health and prevent disease , but didn't had practiced on the basis of clinically same as normal dietitian guide us about the science of nutrition and advises others about healthy eating but has not practiced it clinically .
