as per ugc rules students  are eligible to pursue one full time degree course with one distance education course. however you can not pursue two full time course simultaneously. due to covid 19 many of the colleges and university are conducting classes on online mode, but the rules remains

You haven't mentioned the name of the post graduate course along with the university, as each university follows its own norms when it comes to exam cycle, for instance IGNOU has two admission cycle, if you take admission in July session and the duration is divided annually then you
