In that case, both answers will be considered as wrong (if both questions has no relation with each other in anyway). If the examiner checks your copy whole heartedly and if (s)he gets to know easily (which has higher chances as you also said that the mistake is noticeable) that

In Paper 2, for drawing questions, there was an option to click on 'mark as answered' after students are done with those questions. Even if you've not marked them, probably your answers will be considered as you have attempted those questions on the drawing sheet.
