The candidates who do not submit their Sports certificates on during verification will not be allowed for verification of certificates and also they will not be considered for allotment of seats under Sports. If you have a chance if recorrection, then you can definitely add that. It will be dependent on the requirements of rules of the college or university you are applying. .

So with regard to your query, YES the papers will not be different, the engineering paper is same as the architecture paper of WBJEE. The engineering paper comprises of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, you will get questions based upon these subjects only, whereas for architecture, there will be same pattern. Depending upon the stream you choose you can get the admission into the colleges.

Masters of Engineering is a 2 years course(4 semesters) post graduate course which can only be done through regular mode that means you have to attend regular college classes and you can not do this course through distance mode.
The eligibility for this course is that you need a graduation degree and minimum 55% marks in it , the admission is done through entrance exam which differs from University to University for example BITS ME , SRMJEE PG , IIITH PGEE etc ,
