The engineering paper comprises of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, you will get questions based upon these subjects only, whereas for architecture, there will be same pattern. Masters of Engineering is a 2 years course(4 semesters) post graduate course which can only be done through regular mode that means you have to attend regular college classes  and you can not do this course through distance mode.

The eligibility for this course is that you need a graduation degree and minimum 55% marks in it , the admission is done through entrance exam which differs from University to University for example BITS ME , SRMJEE PG , IIITH PGEE etc ,
