If you are having problems in English then do not worry it's a problem of many students in India. I. Order to improve you reading skills you should read novels like the alchemist which are written in simple language which is good to start. Then read newspaper daily and English magazines. Watch web series in English. If you really want to improve your English then you'll have to work hard in it daily.

Just study what school is teaching you, if you go for coaching for neet then do complete whatever they teach you daily by the day itself. Moreover it doesn't matter where you study and if you have joined some big fat coaching institute.
