Hey,
it may only be done when you have correction window open , at that time only your exam center may changed.
and yes it is also not sure that it may be your preferred location as you may only get your preferred location when their is availability of seats.
The latest information that we have is that CBSE exams have been cancelled. The CBSE exams that have been scheduled for July 1st to 5th have been cancelled as per CBSE's decision. The same has been conveyed to the Supreme Court as well. Students have an option to appear in the examination only if they wish to. But if they do not wish to appear for the examination, then their performance in the last 2 examinations will be considered to grant them marks. And CBSE informed the Supreme Court its assessment scheme. According to that, those students who have completed all their CBSE exams will be assessed based on their performance in the exams. Those who appeared for more than 3 or more subjects the average of the marks secured in the best of the 3 will be given to those subjects for which exams have not been conducted. And those students who have written just 1 or 2 subjects, the results will be declared on the basis of their internal, practical or project assessments for the subjects they haven't written the examinations. And if students want to appear for the exams, they can do so when they are conducted. ICSE might have a slightly changed model and Supreme Court has agreed to that. And amid all this the Centre has not taken any decision regarding NEET and JEE Mains scheduled for July. So we still need to wait to hear from them. Today being Sunday, we only might hear from them on Monday or the next week.
NEET is a massive exam and this time the challenge is more because of the social distancing norms which we are going to implement and we'll be requiring double the number of rooms at least if not double the number of centres. We are in the process of contacting lots of other schools and colleges. There are a lot of institutions which are willing to do this job, I am sure we will get those institutions and we will ensure that
a) Candidates are getting the exam centres of their first priority so in order to minimise the distance they have to travel, we will try to give them the centre of their first priority
b) There will be proper social distancing norms before and after entry inside the examination hall.
