B pharmacy and IAS are completely different streams. And any graduate in any stream are eligible to appear civil services exam. Based on your 12th stream you have an option to do B pharmacy then you can do it . But if you do your graduation in those subjects which are in IAS exam might help you further like political science, economy, geography etc. Even if you do your graduation in B pharmacy you can choose those subjects such as anatomy and medical sciences as optional in civil services mains examination.
