rehan18alam Student Expert 6th Mar, 2020

Dear aspirant,

The best way to prepare for an exam in short duration is to solve previous year question paper and giving examinations like mock test.

in this way you can get both familiar with the syllabus and the pattern of the exam and will also get to make your strategy that you must follow during the exam. to prepare for critical reasoning the best thing is previous year question paper and mock test as no book completely contain all the type of question that could be asked in the exam. Human starting taking marks and after you done with the mock try to solve all the question which you are not able to solve during the mock mock exam.

here is the link to the free mock test by careers 360.

can there be any particular particular syllabus for literature and general knowledge sections in the entrance test?

NAVNEET PANDEY 27th Nov, 2019

Hello varshitha

There are different patterns for different exams

And there are different sections of general knowledge which are repeated or more frequent in particular exams,it totally depends on which exam you are giving. It's always better to solve previous year papers so that you can understand what portion of literature and what type of literature and general knowledge questions are frequent and repeated.

I hope it helps

as now neet aiims jipmer will have same exam so syllabus of all of them will be same like in aaims general knowledge is asked but not in neet and marks ctiteria for both of them is also different

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 25th Nov, 2019
Mahi, what needs to be remembered is that AIIMS and JIPMER are conducting admissions with NEET score and not the other way round. And NTA hasn't released any official notification regarding any change in the syllabus or exam pattern. So at this point in time, any guess work will remain speculative. NEET is the entrance examination for admission to as many as 1 lakh MBBS seats across India. And just because AIIMS and JIPMER are admitting students through NEET doesn't mean it should change the pattern that has been in force until now. So until either NTA or AIIMS or JIPMER releases any official notification, the syllabus and pattern of NEET shall remain unchanged.
