GNM or General Nursing Midwifery is a diploma program given by numerous academic academies in India in the field of nursing. The eligibility for the GNM course is as follows
Candidates who had English as a mandatory subject with a Science stream in their 10+2 level. A score of 40% marks or more and qualified in English individually in their 10+2 exam.
Or
The aspirant should have qualified 10+2 with English as a mandatory subject and should ensure a 40% score in total in the Vocational ANM program from any Indian Nursing Council acknowledged institute.
The aspirant must finish 12th standard with English possessing 40% in total or more in Vocational Stream Health Care Science from a CBSE acknowledged board.
The learner is required to be enrolled with ANM and should possess a qualified status.
So, you have required at least a 40% score in 10+2 for this course program. Hence, you are not eligible.

The candidate who finished 10+2 level from a perceived educational board and has a total base score of 50% in the science subjects (Physics, Biology, and Chemistry) can apply for the GNM nursing course. As you have done your 10+2 from Arts you are not eligible for GNM course. General Nursing and Midwifery, also called the GNM course, is for the applicants who want to work in clinical nursing. . The candidates learn and get the expertise to deal with the sick and women during their pregnancy.
Coming from arts background at 10+2 level you are not eligible for MBBS, because only candidates from science stream who fulfill the eligibility criteria are eligible regarding this,
NEET is an entrance test conducted at national level for admission of MBBS, and in order to appear for NEET candidate have to meet the following criteria;
attained 17 years as on 31st December of the appearing year,
passed 10+2 from a recognized board from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.

As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET till Supreme Court passes any judgment regarding the same hence no more restrictions in number of attempts , as you have not studied the required subjects at 10+2 level hence you cannot pursue MBBS,

So, with regard of you're query. After completion GNM, one can register as an R.N.R.M. with the State Nurse Registration Council. After that, one can begin working and gaining experience. This qualification can be utilized to enroll in an INC-approved BSC Nursing (Post Basic) program. A Nursing Degree will be awarded to those who complete the BSC program. This Nursing Degree can be used to obtain work in India or overseas. So, you can apply for BSC course after completion of GNM course.

You may visit your institute and request to provide your hall ticket details. You need to retain your hall ticket even after the exams are completed as you will need it to check the results and for other purposes. The institute in which you are studying will provide the hall ticket number. Note down the hall ticket number somewhere secure.

Yes, AIIMS Nursing entrance test will conducted to get admission in GNM.
Every year, the AIIMS in New Delhi administers a national-level admission exam for nurses. Candidates seeking admission to several nursing programmes, including B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic Nursing, and M.Sc. Nursing programmes, will take the test.
Eligibility Criteria
For B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing:
Only female candidates are permitted to apply.
Candidates must be Indian citizens in order to apply.
Age Requirement: To be eligible, applicants must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2021.
Qualification Exam: The candidate must have passed the equivalent of the 10+2 level examination from a recognised board or authority.
Candidates must have completed Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English as required courses in order to be considered.
The minimum passing grade for the candidate is 55 percent overall in Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English (50 percent for ST/SC).

Candidates must have completed the qualifying exam to be considered for the position of B.SC (Hons) Nurse, B.SC Nurse Post Basic, B.SC Nurse Post Certificate, or B.SC Nurse from a board or university recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
For General/OBC candidates, the minimum passing score is 60%; for ST/SC students, the minimum passing score is 55%.
Registration: The candidate must be a registered nurse with any of the nursing councils as well as a registered midwife.
