The selection process for Indian Territorial Army has the following tests:
Screening Test by Preliminary Interview Board

The Screening Test has 2 papers. Paper 1 has Reasoning and Elementary Mathematics for 50 questions each and for a duration of 2 hours. Paper 2 has General Knowledge and English again for 2 hours with 50 questions each. Objective Questions will be asked. Elementary Mathematics papers will b e at 10th level and other papers will be at Graduation level. There is negative marking as well.

Under Mathematics, Problems on Ages, Time and Ratio, Time and Distance, HCF and LCM, Mixtures and Allegations, Simplification, Percentages, Average, Time and Work, Decimal and Fractions, Simple and Compound Interest, Ratio and Proportions, Profit and Loss, Number System, Data Interpretation, Unitary Method, Elementary number theory, etc are covered.
Under English, Verbs, Articles, Fill in the Blanks, Vocabulary, Spellings, Close test, Synonyms, Idioms and Phrases, Grammar, Tenses, Error Connection, Comprehension, Unseen Passages, Sentence Rearrangement, Antonyms, etc are covered.

The most important and key factor in getting good CGPA is attendance. Try to keep your attendance at minimum 85% to get above 9 CGPA.
The next thing is try to study in orientation with the syllabus, don't study extra and don't study less.
