When you say general course I'm assuming you are talking about BSc.

There are many options to choose from after doing bsc general.

You can opt for Msc and further PhD.

You can opt for Masters in a STEM course from another country.

You can go for MBA (there are many BSc graduates opting for MBA)it's totally normal.You should be inclined towards management for this course.

You can also opt for a job after your graduation.

Given there are only 7 seats for OBC category in general surgery branch of PGIMER Chandigarh. The chances of you getting a seat for it is bleak. Otherwise I would tell you not to lose hope with it as your OBC rank of 954 isn't too far fetched to be among top 7 people to occupy the seat.
