Hello Aspirant,
If you are seeking admission in Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar in engineering course then you have 2 options, if you belongs to Gujarat then you can apply for 35% state quota seats through ACPC on the basis of GUJCET score and if you belongs to any state other than Gujarat then you have to take admission on the basis of JEE-Main score for 50% of All India Quota seats.
In both the case your class 12th marks will be only considered for determining your qualification, it shall not be considered for preparation of merit list so if you participate in ACPC counselling then the merit list will be prepared on the basis of your GUJCET marks and if it is though JEE-Main then the merit list will be prepared on the basis of JEE-Main score only.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hello Student
Practical marks is added to 12 class Gujarat board final examination as (project+viva) of 20 or 30 Marks. The written test is of 70 or 80 marks out of total 500 marks.
. There is no prior notification about the change of marks added to to change a practical mass added to the final result of 2 class examination for 2022. So in 2022 for class Gujarat Board the practical marks will be added to the final result of class 12 examination.
Hope this will help.
Greetings Jayesh,
MBBS stands for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. It is a 5 year course.
There is no much difference between any of the board to appear for the MBBS examination.
Eligibility for appearing in medical examination are -
- Candidate passed or pursuing the 10+2 board examination from the recognised board.
- Candidate must have PCB as main subject in the board examination.
- The aggregate in the examination vary for the different entrance examination.
So you can go with anyone
either CBSE or GSEB depending on your convenience.
Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned that you completed 10+2 from gujrat board so let me tell you that you can take the benefit of the domicile quota in taking admission in gnlu.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Hello Student!
As you mentioned, that you have already cleared your 12th board exams, but you want to attempt the same examination one more time, well yes you can but it will be possible through a Private Institution.
If you do not want to attempt the examination through a private institution then I advise you to consult the college and board faculty and discuss this issue with them.
Do revert back if you have anymore further questions.
Hello student,
For students who want to apply for NEET UG exam the National Test Agency (NTA) sets an eligibility criteria which must be fulfilled by every candidate. The criteria specifies the minimum required percentile, age limit etc. The criteria can change over years but according to previous year eligibility criteria- the candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with physics, chemistry, biology or biotechnology and English as core subjects from any recognised board. Students appearing for class 12 can also apply for NEET UG exam. Also it specifies the class 12 percentage required for NEET exam is separate for each category. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects:
As mentioned by you in your query you scored 58% marks I physics and chemistry and 58% marks in biology. According to previous year eligibility criteria you can definitely apply for NEET UG exam 2022 provided you must also been passed in your class 12 English exam.
Hope you get some clarification.
Dear Aspirant,
You need to score 75% marks in your class 12th boards if you belong to General or OBC category and 65% marks if you belong to the SC or ST category. The aggregate of marks will be consisting of 5 subjects and not just PCM.
Good Luck!
