Hello,
Which syllabus are you enquiring about, is it related to entrance exam or academics, as you haven't mentioned any name hence it's tough to provide proper information however generally admission for undergraduate courses through entrance test is based on 10+2 syllabus only if there are domain specific questions, other than questions may be asked from general awareness, english etc, I would request you to write down the name in the comment box below so that exact information can be provided, in case it's academic syllabus you're enquiring, check out the official website of the college you have taken admission in, if it's not there then reach out to your college faculty regarding this.
Since you want to opt for a BA Degree, I would suggest that you select a subject of your choice rather than picking a subject from the science stream. It is totally fine if you go with Humanities subjects like History if you want to switch your stream in college.
Hello Aspirant,
For BA course all you need is to have +2 degree and you are good to go. Your form won't be rejected because of this reason. You can completely change your stream into arts after class 12.
Hope this helps!!

Hi, only the subject you have studied in class 12th will be counted for DU merit list. Language subject is always counted when taking out the aggregate percentage. Apart from this the other three subjects will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in them. The best 3 subjects are taken for the same. You know your marks, you can take the best 3+1(language subject) and calculate the percentage.
