There are no separate mentioned syllabus in the official notice. So you will have to give the exam in the new syllabus only. All student will give the exam in this mode only.

No you cannot get admissions in NITs. The minimum 75% aggerate in your 10+2 level criteria is dropped only for admissions in IITs but it is still at play for admissions in NITs. It means even after qualifying for admissions in NITs through JEE main you won't be eligible
