For changing your surname , you will have to write application mentioning reason to change your surname and submit it to registral office if your area. They will give you a certificate " gadzet certificate'" . It is official certificate , if you show this certificate to college

There are no separate mentioned syllabus in the official notice. So you will have to give the exam in the new syllabus only. All student will give the exam in this mode only.
