best book for gate and IES preparation

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 25th Apr, 2020

hi,

you did not mention your branch name, however you may see that in gate exam syllabus only 10-12 subjects is included, so you do not need to study your full bachelors courses syllabus, however gate and ies is quite different, but if you are preparing for gate , you dont need to separate preparations for ies prelims since it is also mcq type. first of all you need to clear your basic conception of each subjects, then you may follow made easy publications books or gkp or galgotias publications books to follow the questions trends, in ies main exam question are descriptive type , so you need to follow standard books or text books to make answers.

Prakarsh Kaushik 11th Apr, 2020

Hello,

Deepa ka School uske Ghar se Purvi Disha me hai. So is prashna ka sahi  vikalp hai B.

Agar ap uttar disha ki taraf mukh karke khade ho aur fir dahini taraf mude to ap ka mukh purvi disha me hoga. Usi trah jb Deepa Ek Kilometer Uttar disha me jane ke bad dahini taraf mudti hai to wo purvi disha ki taraf hoti h.

Isi prakar Deepa ka School uske ghar se Purvi (East) Disha me hai.

Aasha hai ki mere uttar se apki pareshani door ho gyi hogi.

Hello!

Answer paschim hoga.

Issme diagram banake solve kariye. A page pe phele ghar banaye, fir vaha se ek straight line banao upar ki taraf kyuki vo 1 km uttar jata hai phele fir ek point pe rok do, next voo 1 km dayi mud jata hai toh jis point pe chhoda tha uss point se fir ek straight line same measure ki banao right (dayi) ore jaati hui. Abb jaha ruka hai vaha se check karo next dayi (right) konsi direction hogi toh voo 1 km same measurement ki banao toh aapko pata chalega school ghar ke paschim mei hai (school ghar ke dayi side mei hai)

Diagram kuch aisa hoga:

↑ __(1km dayi)__> |

|.                             |

| (1km utar).         ↓

HOUSE.                School

I hope this clears your doubt.

What are the government job opportunities available by doing Bsc data science and its Msc? Is there any chance to get into RBI grade B DSIM/DEPR, NABARD, IES, ISS, SBI, Rail, SSC CGL, SSC JSO, ISRO, DRDO and top graded jobs other than IAS, IPS?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 9th Apr, 2020

hi,

see once you complete your graduation course in any discipline you are eligible to give ssc cgl, rbi assistant, sbi po, sbi clerk etc exams. however data science deals with statistics and it has good career scope in mncs companies,. but for government sector , there is less recruitment now for data science specialist. however data science includes topics like statistics, probability, set theory and discreet mathematics. so you should take bsc in data science if you have eagerness to learnt these courses.

Hello Aspirant,

It is one of the good IES online coaching centres.

I would like to say that it is the best platform to study IES. But it all depends on your understanding. It all depends on how well you understand what the lecturer is teaching.

The lecturers are really good at teaching the concepts and also good at develope your knowledge regarding the exam.

Is Mechanical Branch difficult than CSE in B.Tech , as my plan is to prepare for IES civil services exam after B.Tech , does taking CSE branch and prepairing for IES DIFFICULT than taking Mechanical branch and preparing for IES ?

AnkiT KunwaR 11th Mar, 2020
Hello Aspirant,

No branch is easy and no branch is difficult in UPSC IES examinations. You just need to have good command, in depth understanding, and strong basics in you own respective branch.
Absorb the syllabus and prepare accordingly.
Aspirants  have cracked IES exam with Mechanical as well as CSE so it does not matter which branch you take just prepare whole heartedly.

I hope this helps
