There are 11 Fundamental duties for every Indian Citizen. While 10 are for the Indian Citizens, the 11th is exclusively for the Indian Parents. The 11 Fundamental duties to be abided by every Indian Citizen and they are:

The Fundamental Duties' are defined as the moral obligations of all citizens to help promote a spirit of patriotism and to uphold the unity of India. These duties set out in Part IV–A of the Constitution, concern individuals and the nation. Like the Directive Principles, they are not enforceable by courts unless otherwise made enforceable by parliamentary law.
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar is considered the Father of Indian Constitution. He was appointed as the Chairman of Constitution Drafting Committee and was then appointed by the Assembly to write the Constitution for India. He was also India's first Law and Justice Minister after Independence.

There are total 395 articles in Indian Constitution. There is no such article article 449 it is the Indian panel code for the Indian Kanoon. This panel code defines the law for house trespassing. This is in order for committing the offence punishable with death. Whoever commit the crime shall be punished for imprisonment of life or imprisonment for a term which is not exceeding then 10 years. Also the one who commits the crime must be liable to fine.
