Hi there!!! IIIT Allahabad doesn't offer dual degree courses for engineering. There is only ece and it . The cutoff for ece for st candidates last year was 2072 and for IT the closing rank was 2222. Based on this data you may not get a seat in IIIT Allahabad.
See it's pretty hard to say . You should be mentioning your JEE mains rank not the percentile. Because as you are OBC. It's hard to predict what will be your rank. But if you ask me. With this much Percentile it will be quite hard to get IIIT Allahabad
