Well MCAT is given by students who wish to pursue MD from American medical school and to even think of doing a MD, a student need to have completed his or her bachelor's degree along with pre medicine track. So you need to first complete your bachelors with pre medicine track in US and then take the MCAT test to get admission in MD course.

Every abroad country which you choose for MBBS will have certain drawbacks for sure. However, comparing Ukraine, Phillipines and Russia, the better option as of today is  Ukraine due to following points:

1. The duration of MBBS course in Ukraine is 6 years which is almost same as in India. After graduationg from Ukraine, you will be considered equaivalent to a MBBS graduate from India. In Phillipines, it is 5.5 years course in which the first one and half year is dedicated for B.S MD. Candidates then need to give an entrance exam to qualify for actual MBBS course.
2. The cost of living in Ukraine is lesser than Russia. This makes it more feasible and convinient. Sice fees is almost the same in all three countries with minor differences, cost of living plays an important role.
3. The medium of instruction in Ukraine is English whereas in Russia it is Russian. So definitely you will find difficulty in adjusting in Russia if you choose.
4. Urkraine has very good facilities, good quality education with affordable fee as well. In phillipines, accomodaton can be a problem.
5. Finally, in Phillipnes most of the universities are private whereas in Ukraine there are maximum govt universities and some private too.

So considering all these factors, Ukraine seems a better option. Ukraine has good Indian food and the fee structure can range from 18 lakhs to 25 lakhs INR for the course. Some of the colleges in Ukraine approved by MCI are:

Countries best for aerospace other than us are:

Russia: it is cheaper than any other country and here there are many public colleges and there not require gre toefl and lelts. Which cost approximately 350$. Some college conduct test and then they take admission on the basis of that test.

Good environment , best educational and practical knowledge .

Germany :it is best for higher studies. There are many best college for aerospace which is even better than European college. The best thing is you get college and visa easily.

But the only problem is the language.

China is one of the most preferred countries to study medicine for Indians. China has about 45 medical institutions that are approved by MCI. Chinese universities provide high standards of education. The tuition fee is also comparatively less when compared to India .

Yes doing mbbs in russia is a great option for indian student . Mbbs in russia is better than mbbs in india because india medical college lack of practical experience and quality of education.

Comparing fees than india is more costlier  than russia . The only problem is language so at least you should know english . Other things are great.
