The term end exams for 2021 were conducted from August 3 to September 9 and for online courses the term end exams were supposed to be conducted from September 27 to October 6. Hi, so basically as per your question i'm assuming it took you 5 years to complete your graduation, fine no problem.
The basic criteria for MCA in any college is that you should be a BCA, BSC CS etc graduate.
I'm hoping you are from a CS background, if not then it could be a little difficult for you to apply for MCA program.
If you are then its cool you can definitely pursue MCA.
So basically for the admission in JNU you have to clear their entrance exam for MCA which they conduct every year.
and as per the IGNOU MCA, there is no entrance exam you can just simply fill out their online application and continue with the process. And you will get admitted if you meet their eligibility criteria.
Same is with JNU MCA, you have to fill an online application and the test data will be provided later.
So you have to clear the exam and then you will be admitted there.

You have taken admission in which course of master degree, you haven't mentioned the details, nevertheless if it's not any professional degree course, then most definitely it's not semester wise, it's yearly basis for which you were required to appear for June TEE which you couldn't but nevertheless you can appear for December TEE and you need to submit your assignments prior to it, you can stay updated at ignou.ac.in (http://ignou.ac.in) for more details regarding this.

Yes, dear in case if it's supposed to submit yearly and if they haven't recieved or looked for your assignment you need to re-submit it but you can contact them or you can visit your study centre and contact them about your query. In such cases, some faculties are very cooperative they can help you with the assignment issue. Or you can visit the main campus of IGNOU or else you can contact them online through their help centre numbers or general contact numbers. Infact, you can mail your class teachers also in case if they can help.
