It's true that the candidate register themselves for the admission process in the IGNOU University get study materials from the university through the centre which is useful for them in order to clear their respective examination papers. But, if you have cancelled your admission from the university then these books was not help you any longer and it's best that you return them back to the University itself.

Hi, so basically its been 26 years of your graduation and now you are planning on doing your masters.

If you are not getting paid high then you can apply for jobs based ln your past experience i.e., actually very high.

Although if you are actually planning on doing masters then I don't think any problem regarding your interest or admission.

Basically there is no age criteria in the IGNOU, you should just be a graduate which you already are.

I would suggest you to apply for masters in private, although if you want to do that full time then you can do that too

Because IGNOU offers these sessions a month or two prior to the exams and there are many, the IGNOU B.Sc practical lessons for students who have their Term End Examinations in December 2021 would most likely be held in November. Any announcements will be posted on the official website.

See usually prior to the pandemic, the application process for December TEE used to get commenced by September, now because of covid there has been shift in the schedule which has resulted in the delay like June TEE of this year got postponed and was eventually conducted in August, as of now the examination form isn't released, you should stay updated at the official website at ignou.ac.in to know the latest information regarding this.

The final datesheet for IGNOU's Masters in Political science is available on their official website.  It is however likely to start from first week of February to second week of March.  The term end exams for 2021 were conducted from August 3 to September 9 and for online courses the term end exams were supposed to be conducted from September 27 to October 6. Generally there are weekend classes held in study centre of IGNOU, but due to covid there was disruption regarding this, and since things have improved comparatively, hence regarding the exact schedule of the classes, only coordinator of your study centre will be able to provide you relevant information, you can visit the official website to get the contact details, else if the situation is conducive enough you can visit the study centre in person to know the details, now coming to your books, it seems you have opted for printed materials, see it's tough to provide you the exact duration because in some cases candidates receive study materials quite early, but in other cases there is delay, and the pandemic is also a big factor in this, nevertheless there is egaynkosh in IGNOU which acts as a digital library, you can access the entire study materials of your course in digital format, since you haven't' mentioned the name of the course, I cannot help you out with exact link, but you can easily find your course study materials at https://egyankosh.ac.in/, make sure you commence your study with this resources, and don't wait out for printed materials, you are also required to submit your assignments prior to appearing for the exams which I believe you must be aware of, also go through previous year question papers at https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/Pre-Question/, this will help you alot in scoring good marks.
