https://www.careers360.com/university/university-of-jammu-jammu/courses
JU Jammu offers a total of 101 courses . The university offers courses belonging to various streams like arts, science, commerce, management, etc. These can be pursued in distance mode also.
Thanks
In india it is illegal to pursue two degree courses simultaneously however ugc gives permission to do regular course with part time courses, open university courses, distance learning And online courses.so,you can do M.A+B.ed together.
I suggest you to go for dual course if it enhances your skill in the same field and which can be useful in future.to do course together just to add number to your degrees is meaningless.
Good luck!!
