does age come in the way of getting a job as a Japanese language interpreter or translator in india

Subhrajit Mukherjee 17th Sep, 2021

See there no such restrictions in terms of Japanese Language Interpreter. But if you see the vacancies notification in any of the site then you will find out that for most recruiters the focus is on the experience in the job. Apart from this there are some recruiters which can create restrictions for Fresher Interpreter within age 35-40. So if you have experience, you have nothing to worry. But if you didn't have experience, then it would be better for you to apply with in 30-35 years of age for maximum opportunity.

what are the job prospects after doing jlpt n2 level of Japanese

Niranjana 4th Aug, 2021

Hello,

A JLPT-N2 certificate comes with a slew of advantages. Teachers, diplomats, and translators will all benefit from having a JLPT-N2 certification. Being a JLPT-N2 speaker demonstrates not only Japanese fluency, but also an understanding of Japanese culture and courtesy.

Translators

A translator is someone who takes written information and converts them into another language.

Interpreters

The primary responsibilities of an interpreter are to mediate and translate conversation between speakers of various languages.

Diplomats

Diplomats are government employees assigned to embassies and consulates across the world.

Many foreigners choose to work as school teachers, particularly as their first employment in Japan.

Employees who work as flight attendants

Japan Airlines (JAL) and All Nippon Airways are two of the greatest airline companies in the world (ANA).

Employees of Multinational Corporations

Depending on the sort of firm you apply for, becoming an employee in Japan necessitates different abilities.

Many Japanese companies need the JLPT-N2 certificate as a basic requirement. Many foreigners who wish to work in Japan but aren't English teachers must obtain a JLPT-N2 certificate. Furthermore, the higher your JLPT score, the better your job prospects and pay.

Hope it helped
