JEE Main exam is conducted in both Hindi and English languages . Apart from this, this exam is also conducted in 11 other languages like Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

JEE Main exam is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). It consists of two papers, Paper-I and Paper-II. Candidates can attempt either or both of these papers. Both papers are multiple choice type questions.

There are no local language teachers appointed at kendriya vidyalayas at permanent positions and hence temporary teachers are hired for teaching regional languages if there is demand for it.

Kendriya vidyalasyas teach Englysh and hindi as compulsary languages but offer regional languages too on demand.
