AIIMS conducts its admission through All India  Counseling along with some other colleges .AIIMS comes under 15% all India quota so the candidates  of any state can apply for this quota EXCEPT JAMMU AND KASHMIR CANDIDATES and they can apply for 85% state quota. And candidates of JAAMU AND KASHMIR  don't have any 15% or 85% All India Quota or Any State quota . Unfortunately candidates who hold a Domicile of Jammu and Kashmir cannot participate in All India Counseling and there by take admission in any of AIIMS branches of MBBS.

If you're a college student you can learn C language from various website. You Can join online course and learn C language after completing the course you can also get certificate from the website.

Generally hotel management have some type department like 3years course or 4 years course. You have to choose before joining which department you want to join. According to my best of knowledge UP board class 12th question paper comes in both languages i.e English as well as Hindi too. But if you have applied for English medium then you have to answer all the questions in English and if you have applied for Hindi medium then you have to answer all the questions in Hindi .So it completely depends what you have applied for.
