This can mostly for Japan based companies or other non-Indian companies with Japanese clients. The second option may be a little limited as it depends on the school or educational institute .It is becoming a Japanese teacher or trainer. Outside India , this can be a very good option as the demand for the language is better in comparison to India. Not many school here in India offers Japanese language as subject. But however , apart from schools , you can get many good opportunities as Japanese trainer or communicator in various companies like Sony, Honda, Panasonic, Hitachi, Toshiba, Sanyo, Casio, Canon, Minolta, Pioneer, Nikon, Fujitsu, Suzuki, Toyota, Mitsubishi etc. Many multi-national companies in cities in India such as Delhi ,Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad have been hiring Japanese language specialists. Other than MNCs , your next big pool of opportunities are BPOs and KPOs. You can work in embassies too.Above all major benefit of being an expert in the language is your ticket to Japan , to either study or work in companies there which is highly rewarding.Do not forget the travel and tourism industry, if you are interested. suggest you to explore few interesting opportunities there.

Everyone is preferring experienced and trusted that is old staff unless there is a vacancy available. So many students who have done Higher graduation, masters are not getting jobs. So your package depends on the State and the demand of the course. Mostly beginners earn 15 to 18k per month.
