Concept based learning is driven by big ideas rather than subject or topic specific information, also application based problem solving refers to application of theoretical knowledge into practical life.
As you are a 8th class student, it's High time for you to adapt these skills as it's the future of learning in India as per new education policy.
In adaptation of these, you teachers will be helping you, also from your side you should also do some efforts to learn it.
Instead of learning a topic, try to understand it's it's roots, understand it from basics so that you can answer every question related to that topic. Build up conceptual knowledge and it'll help you to solve application based problem because once it's basics are clear to you, you can fit yourself in the situation of problem and think about the positive answers to the problem.
Also try to read articles in newspapers, it'll help you to build up a fast reading and fast understanding skills

Machine learning can be divided into three sub category -
Supervised Machine – This is like a case of a student studying in the presence of a teacher. The algorithms make predictions out of the output based on inferences from past experiences.
Unsupervised Machine – This is like a student studying by themselves or homeschooling. In this case, the information is given to the system is neither classified nor labeled. The system may not give the right output, but it has the freedom to explore.
Semi supervised Machine – This case lies somewhere in between the above two cases. It is similar to a student studying in the presence of a tutor. The tutor may sometimes give inputs (labeled data). But most of the work is done by the student himself .
Hope this will help you !

The majority students do the courses in English. The teacher teaches in both the language and both the groups of students in classes with equal effort.
