Hi,
Well it might not be a proper disadvantage but still the fee structure must be a bit expensive there as compared to government colleges and central universities. But apart from that, the opportunities are enormous there. The lab facilities, library facilities and other things are all great and very productive. Also the faculty is really amazing in what they teach.
I hope this helps.
All the best.
hi,
see this year for the first time Eligibility criteria to appear for GATE-2021 is relaxed from the minimum 10+2+4 (ongoing) to minimum 10+2+3 (ongoing), so thats why b.sc candidates of three years course were also eligible for gate exam. however m.sc admission in most of the colleges was based on graduation score or entrance test by the respective university which includes banaras hindu university, jadavpur university, jawharlal nehru university etc. so we do not have any previous years cutoff for m.sc admission based on gate score. since gate 2021 eligibility criteria has changed, their might possibility that the universities would have include release some provision of admission related with gate score. so just check for the colleges website which offers m.sc course. In case you are interested for integrated phd you may apply for iiser, indian association of cultivation science etc.
Dear aspirant,
I would say biotechnology in india has very little scope so considering its opportunities you should go abroad if it is feasible for you as in abroad there are plethora of opportunities available but if you don't want to go abroad you can do your graduation in india in manipal but you have to go abroad for higher studies .
In JNU no personal interview conducted for admission purpose. If you are applying for MSc life science then if your marks is good then you can admission there by merit infact you have to give one entrance test which is basis of MCQ. But no interview you have to give.
