From examination of your score of 40 in the 5-Year LLB entrance and your rank of 2519, along with SC, NCC and CAP reservations, you have a fairly good chance of grabbing a seat in Osmania University or one of its affiliated colleges. Osmania usually has decent reservation quota support, especially for SC candidates, with an additional quota of NCC and CAP may help you out further. Of course, the final allotment will ultimately depend on the cutoffs for the year and how many seats are available, so pay attention when the official counselling happens.

The last counselling date for BA LLB admission depends on the entrance exam and the state or university.
