First of all if you have given an improvement exam then absolutely the marks obtained by you this year would be different. That is the main proof of your improvement examination irrespective of the fact whether it is written improvement or not in your marksheet.
Coming to your second part of the question, it doesn't matter whether you have gap or not between your 10th and 12th. As you have cleared your 12th in the year 2020 then you are absolutely eligible to give jee mains this year.
There are some eligibility criteria and for that you can check out the link given below-

for engineering aspirants it is always best to take computer science/ statistics as forth subject, but most of the school offers biology. however at least study to get the 40% marks and do the practicals sincerely.

Hello,
NEET is not required for BPT, The universities or colleges take separate exams for this course, but some states like Maharashtra may consider the NEET marks for admission in this course.
In order to apply for BPT programmes, you will have to pass your 10+2 with at least 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the compulsory subject. Also, you will have to qualify entrance exams for admission to BPT programmes i.e. Common Entrance Test (CET), GGSIPU CET, etc
