I don't think you need to go for any certification courses as you are pursuing the top notch course required that is the MBA.
MBA is self satisfactory for your resume. You just need to score good in order to be eligible for placement under good companies.

You should not look only on the basis of cse and salary packages . You should go for what your heart says. If you really have interest in cse then it's good if you get cse in any of your preferred IITs. I don't think after studying cse you should take up mba as it is not something which a cse does.
