Mechanical Engineering
Hello aspirant,
If you want to do mtech in mechatronics after completing btech in mechanical branch, then it's a good choice and it's completely worth it.
Mechanical engineering is one of the sought courses after btech in India. So here are some courses that you can do in mtech after completing btech in mechanical engineering :
Mtech in Mechatronics
Mtech in Automobile industry
Mtech in manufacturing engineering
Mtech in Robotics
Mtech in Computer-aided design
Mtech in Production engineering
Mtech in Industrial engineering
Mtech in Thermal Engineering
Also if you want to know complete details about the ME/Mtech colleges in Mechatronics , you can check the below article :

I hope that this will help.
Now a days the mechanical engineering transformed to mechatronics. People are preferring mechatronics than mechanical. Because there was bond signed in UNO that after 2028, there should be no petrol, diesel vehicles use. Because of lot of pollution and environmental issues, also the shortage of petrol, diesel in upcoming years, All are focusing on electric vehicles. Mechanical engineering is fully based on the study of petrol and diesel engines mainly.
So check the syllabus before choosing the course. If your course providing about electric vehicles also you can get a job in future. otherwise I wont suggest you to go for mechanical.
Hello candidate,
I would like to verify you that csab counselling always considers the all india rank and not the specific category rank. So the rank by which you will get any college in csab round is by your all india rank that is 17101.
