see astrophysics and  astronomy dont  fall in biology stream, this are for physics stream. however some subjects like biophysics, microbiology, astro biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering has wide scope in research field. but you need to also check the institution for infrastructure, lab facility, faculty before joining for phd courses.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot apply for microbiology etc as it is compulsory to have biology in 10+2 to pursue these courses. Also you cannot apply for aiims mbbs as it has been scrapped off and has been merged with neet
