I have scored 368 in neet 2025 I belong to sc category will I get selected in government medical college and if yes which colleges I can get?

Shubham Jha 10th Jun, 2025

Dear student,

With 368 marks (SC category) , getting a government MBBS seat is unlikely under All India Quota or in most states, where cutoffs are usually 400–460+ .

You might have a slim chance in some low-cutoff states in later rounds , but it’s not reliable.

I am scoring 398 marks in neet as an obc candidate from Himachal. Is it possible to get into govt vet college?

Rajputana siddhraj 10th Jun, 2025

"With 398 marks and an OBC background, you're Qualified but not shortlisted for a government veterinary college seat in Himachal.

However, with smart counselling strategy and flexibility for private colleges or other states-a veterinary seat is still very much within reach."

I belong to sc category Im getting 368 marks in neet 2025 can I get government medical college?

Shubham Jha 10th Jun, 2025

dear student,

You’ve cleared the SC qualifying cutoff (expected 127–161), but 368 marks are generally too low for a govt. MBBS seat.

For SC category, govt. MBBS cutoffs are usually:

  • AIQ: 430–460+

  • State quota: 400+ in most states

At 368, chances for govt. MBBS are very slim, even under state

Hey i have a query regarding caste certificate required in neet ug counselling and admission. My caste certificate and my marksheet have different surname of my mother. Will it cause an issue?

hemanth kumar 10th Jun, 2025

For NEET UG counseling and admission, a caste certificate is required if you're applying under a reserved category (e.g., SC, ST, OBC). Ensure your caste certificate:

- Is issued by a competent authority

- Is valid for the state you're applying in

- Matches the category you're applying under

Can a student of ST category get MBBS seat of score 250/720 in NEET 2025 in a semi government quota

Shubham Jha 14th Jun, 2025

dear student,

With 250 marks (ST category), you’ve cleared the qualifying cutoff (~127), but it’s far below the safe score for MBBS.

Govt./Semi-govt MBBS cutoff for ST is usually 410–420+ (AIQ) and 320–400+ (State quota) — so chances are very low.

You can explore:

  • Private MBBS (if affordable)

  • BDS/AYUSH courses

Can I get mns nursing at 260 marks in neet 2025

harsh singh 9th Jun, 2025

With 260 marks in NEET 2025, you cannot get MNS Nursing. The expected cutoff is 380–430+ marks. Your score is too low.

Options:

Improve NEET score and reapply.

Try for private/state nursing colleges (some accept 260–300 marks).

MNS needs much higher marks, especially for General category.

Shubham Jha 10th Jun, 2025

dear student,

With a score of 410 marks in NEET 2025 under the OBC category and UP state quota , you have a good chance of securing a BVSc seat in a government veterinary college in Uttar Pradesh. The expected cutoff for OBC candidates generally ranges between 350–420 marks ,
