Hello Aspirant,
If you desire the BPT Admission at IGIMS (Patna) through NEET, you will have to take part through the IGIMS BPT counselling conducted by IGIMS and not the Kerala state counselling. IGIMS typically releases a separate notification on its official website for BPT admission, which contains eligibility (NEET UG score + 10+2 marks) details, instructions for applying, and counselling dates.
Since you are from Kerala (OBC) and you can apply under the All India quota by filling out the online form published by IGIMS. Check periodically on the IGIMS (https://www.igims.org/) official website for updates regarding admission and the counselling dates.
Hey, since your NEET score is 452 under OBC and you’re from Kerala, you can apply for BPT counselling at IGIMS through the All India Quota (AIQ) counselling conducted by MCC. IGIMS is a central institute, so admissions are usually through AIQ rather than state quota. You’ll need to register online on the official MCC counselling website when the process begins, fill your choices, and select IGIMS for BPT. Also, make sure to check the official IGIMS website for any separate notifications regarding BPT admissions, as sometimes institutes release their own forms or eligibility criteria. Keep your documents ready (NEET scorecard, category certificate, domicile, etc.) because verification is mandatory during counselling. With 452 marks in OBC, you have a fair chance but it will depend on the cut-off trends of the year. My advice: keep an eye on MCC counselling updates and IGIMS notices simultaneously to not miss any opportunity.
With your rank in NEET that is 176 you have very good chances of getting admission into Laxmi Bai Dental College. The closing ranks are much more higher than yours so you are in a safe range. You can easily get college in first or second round of the counselling. The college is also very good.

Hi,
With 396 marks in NEET, your chances for an MBBS seat depend heavily on the college type, state quota, and year-to-year cut-offs. If by “KPC college” you mean a private medical college (like KPC Medical College in West Bengal), then government seats there usually require higher marks; however, private colleges have management/paid quota seats which sometimes admit at lower marks than government seats — so 396 could be in range for certain private or management quota seats in some years, but it is not guaranteed and depends on vacancy and category (General/OBC/SC/ST/EWS). Register for state counselling (wherever you are eligible) as soon as NEET results are out — do not miss deadlines; Add KPC and other private colleges to your preference list (be realistic and include easier options as backups. Check fee structure and management quota costs in advance — private MBBS fees can be very high and vary college to college.

Hi
With 371 marks and an All India Rank around 2,69,554, it is very unlikely you will secure a government MBBS seat in Maharashtra this year; typically government MBBS cut-offs for general category are much higher (often several hundreds of marks above 371). Even BDS government seats usually require higher marks than 371 for many categories. That said, don’t lose hope — here are practical, realistic options to plan now:
(1) Register for state counselling anyway — you must participate to be considered in all possible rounds.
(2) Explore government AYUSH (BAMS/BHMS) or allied health courses — these sometimes have lower closing marks and can still be government seats offering good careers.
(3) Consider private MBBS (management quota) if finances allow.
Also keep an eye on later counselling rounds (mop-up/stray) where small movements sometimes open unexpected opportunities.

All the best!
Hello,
If you wants to prepare for NEET requires a structured and disciplined approach. First, you need to have a solid grip on NCERT books of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as at least 70–80% of NEET questions directly or indirectly come from NCERT. Divide your time smartly: biology should get maximum focus since it carries 360 marks, followed by chemistry and then physics. Daily practice of MCQs, mock tests, and previous year papers is essential to build speed and accuracy. Try making a timetable that allows revision of older topics while learning new ones. Use online test series and question banks for practice because they simulate the actual exam atmosphere. If you stay consistent and focused, clearing NEET with a good rank becomes very much achievable.

AP MBBS MERIT LIST
If your Aadhaar only has your first name as Arihant but all your academic documents show Arihant Jain, then this can create issues during MBBS admission and NEET counselling because both identity and name consistency are verified strictly. In such cases, the normal process is to make an affidavit declaring that both names belong to the same person. Along with that, you should also carry supporting documents like your 10th and 12th marksheets, admit card, and Aadhaar. Most colleges and counselling authorities accept the affidavit as long as it is notarized and clearly states the name difference. However, rules can vary by state counselling authority, so it is always safer to also try again for an Aadhaar update through the official UIDAI centers, since Aadhaar is often treated as the primary ID.
If a student gets a seat in the All India Quota in round 1 and also qualifies for the State Quota the rules are very clear: the student cannot hold both seats at the same time. Generally, the AIQ seat is allotted first, and if you accept and report, then your state quota seat will be automatically cancelled. On the other hand, if you choose not to take the AIQ seat, you can still hold on to your SQ preference. However, this must be carefully decided within the reporting dates. Once you confirm one seat and report, the other option gets blocked. So, the decision depends on your preference .
Thank you and best of luck!
