National Institute of Open Schooling 12th Examination
National institute of open school ( NIOS) is accepted in all the universities. NITs and IITs both accept the NIOS marksheet. You can appear for entrance examination with NIOS marksheet.
If you get score in entrance exam ,you can get admission to any IITs and NITs on basis of your score. No institute legally can deny on basis of NIOS marksheet.
Research some other engineering colleges in India that might accept your situation. Also, check and contact the CBSE board to confirm if your complete result including NIOS maths is equivalent to a regular CBSE 12th result .

The NIOS board is recognized by the government of India and you can for sure give the NIOS Class XII exams with PCM subjects to appear for JEE exam.
Make sure you score at least 75% aggregate marks to be eligible for JEE exam (for general category).
