Dear student,
The best solution for this case is that you can ask the college to provide the proforma of Anti ragging certificate and then you can fill your required documents in that form and submit to the college with other documents.
In online they will ask you for the thing you never have. So connecting college is the best option to do.
Hi aspirant, in today's time, in my opinion IIIT Delhi is a better institute than NIT Delhi , this is due to the consideration with regards of the placements and establishment of the institutes. Also, IIIT Delhi is older institute than NIT Delhi. It is much more established than the other and offers better placements too.

Hello aspirant,
Both the colleges were top colleges in India,so you can go with any of them. I will try giving you some points about both which will help you to make a decision;
1) In terms of faculty, IIITD fares much better than NIT-D. The research is top notch and comparable to the IITs.
2) The alumni network of NIT Delhi is much stronger and wider, which means you will have guidance, and even alumni from your college working at your dream company or pursuing masters in your dream college. This is a very important factor, as it determines the reputation of the institute and how companies/college outside look at it.
3) IIITD has a huge locational advantage, it is based in Delhi, a metro city with a large number of company offices. This means more companies visit your campus for placement and internships as their travelling expenses are lower.
4) IIITD has a very intensive academic routine, and the overall personality development takes a back seat. There are much more extra-curricular activities and clubs at NIT.
I understand it is a tough choice, both institutes are comparable. You consider the above factors and decide which ones are more important to you.
Best of luck..
