After going through the Admission Rules for M.E./M.Tech.(Full Time/Part Time) & M.Pharmacy of Madhya Pradesh  Directorate of Technical Education, I can confirm that they have a reservation of 1% for NCC Candidates. In Karnataka, there is a unique advantage for NCC 'B' certificate holders in securing medical seats.Yes, Karnataka is the only state in India to offer an NCC quota for undergraduate professional courses, including medicine (MBBS).Only NCC 'B' certificate holders who earned the certificate while studying in Karnataka between Class 11 and first-year degree are eligible for this quota.
