Hi Shivam ,
NCERT is the most important book for NEET UG . Also mtg fingertips is fantastic book with ample amount of mcqs . I can assure you that if you can thoroughly study NCERT and practice mtg fingertips various times you can easily score 450+ in NEET UG . By saying thorough study of NCERT I mean that you have to grasp the basic concepts properly and also you have to revise NCERT in that manner that you can visualise the lines from NCERT in your mind . Also you have to revise the previously solved mcqs . Finally you have to be consistent with your study . All the best .

Dear aspirant,
No single book is enough to get good marks in any AEE exam however a combination of both good books and a schedule preparation is more than enough to get the desired marks. If you are having problem with NCERT textbooks then you can use some other help books for your exam like HC Verma or ABC or Pradeep help book. these books have elaborative definitions of the topics which are shortened in NCERT textbooks. And definitely you will get help from solvingsample papers for physics to get good marks however if you don't have good foundation then you might struggle to get past 90% in your final exam. Try to study the topics you are not comfortable with true help books and practice the topics which you are comfortable through sample papers.
Good combination will get you 90% marks.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
