As you are saying let me convey you that definitely in private Institution also there are bifurcation of quotas through which admission process take place and even in private colleges also you can find few percent of Government quota seat and other caste reserved seat as well. Now as you belong to OBC category hence definitely you will be eligible for availing the benefits in that particular category. So for more info regarding fees and other procedures you have to contact to the college in which you are taking admission because the complete procedure can only be with the officials of the college.
Thank you..

Hi,
Yes you know it right & the new hostels that are recently constructed are a lot better than the earlier ones. The infrastructure is decent but nothing fancy or great. There is no facility provided in the hostel. You get a regular room with a bed. table-chair, fan & light. The rooms are only cleaned once & that's it. There is no facility for mineral water, TV, gym, play grounds, etc. The food served is average. The bathrooms are okay & you may have problems with the cleanliness & the hygiene.
Hope this helps.
The eligibility of UPSC CSE or any state level PSCs is simply graduation in any field from a recognized university, of course in case of state PSCs it's also mandatory for a candidate to have the reading, writing, and speaking knowledge of the regional language, see the syllabus of UPSC is more directed towards the study of history, sociology, polity, geography, economics, etc, those who pursue BBA are mostly inclined to work in corporate sector or they aim for MBA at later point, and Journalism/Anchor/Mass Communication studies are mostly suited to be working in media industry, but as I said there is no barrier of belonging to any specific stream when it comes to UPSC/state PSCs, also it's good to have a back up plan in this case, after completion of your graduation in any of these fields you can work in the related domain, gain some work experience, and later on if you still feel UPSC CSE is your calling you can go ahead with it, there have many successful aspirant who have followed this route, the rest is upto you to decide, you are a better judge of your areas of interest, skills, aptitude, kind of job profile you are looking at to be working in future.

As far as sponsorships for DNS programs are concerned, you will need to find the list of companies offering sponsorship for diploma programs in Marine sector. They follow their own procedures and terms to provide meritorious students sponsorship. Some of them include Anglo eastern, Wallem, Fleet management etc.
Hope it helps!!
