If you take admission in any Government Medical Colleges across India, you have to fulfill their Bond Service . Failing to do this you have to pay penalty amount, which varies from State to State.
If we talk about Cg Government College, you must have to give 2 years of Rural Bond Service . If you don't, then you have to pay the penalty of amount Rs. 25 Lakhs (General Category) or Rs. 20 Lakhs (Minority).

Further talking about that you want to appear for NEET 2023, you should not do MBBS and NEET preparation side by side. That will really hamper your both of the Studies and you'll be of nowhere. Remember, don't put your legs on two Boats at the same time, else you'll definitely fall .

If you want to go for NEET Examination and become a good doctor in future, so, According to the system No order to give NEET you have fulfil its eligibility criteria which says you need to have minimum of 50% in 12th standard with Physics, chemistry and Biology as main subjects. If you are PCMB student then you can give NEET as well as Engeering exams.
If you are a mathematician student and want to take Biology subject add in your 12th examination which is very important for NEET Examination which you got after 12th and give exam of NIOS which is equivalent board as CBSE and other boards in which you have to give only your interested subject exam.
