In order to become a nurse in UK,
1. You have to be a fully qualified nurse with nursing degree. You should have at least one year experience in nursing.
2. In order to communicate with patients and co-workers in UK, you need to prove your English speaking, reading and writing skills. Examinations needed to prove your English skills include-

4. You need to register yourself with NMC( Nursing and Midwifery Council) through a Computer Based Test. It is a 4 hour test with 120 multiple choice questions.
5. Submit your documents for NMC.
6. Submit your documents to the NHS Trust.
7. Apply for Certificate of Sponsorship (COS).
8. You need to pass the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE).
9. Your career as a registered nurse in UK will officially begin when you pass the OSCE and receive your NMC Personal Identification Number.

The Indian Army B.Sc Nursing 2022 exam is open to female candidates interested in joining the military nursing services. Admissions are only open to female candidates. Selected candidates will be required to sign a 5-year contract with the Military Nursing Service (MNS). Candidates that are interested in applying can do so online. In November 2021, the application form may be made available.
The admit card will be released in December 2021, and the entrance test will be held in January 2022. The results will be announced in March, and the interviews will be held in May.

b,.sc in nursing is a graduate level professional course. candidates from b.sc nursing are eligible to appear in upsc exam.
see upsc is one of the toughest exam.
upsc exam has two part,
prelims- mcq pattern type papers.
mains- theoretical and written test
you must qualify in prelims to become eligible to appear in mains.
for upsc civil service exam , you may have to take 1-2 years of preparation depends on your ability to quickly grasp the subjects.
if you study sincerely you can obviously get success in exam. so dont bother about what peoples say or predict! just believe in your self.

You got only 51 percentile then your marks probably 21 to 30. And the rank is 400000 to 300000. That is huge generally. Although you didn't mention which category you are belongs so o assume you are a general category candidate.
