Please specify which course you want to pursue in further so that we can answer your query more properly. Meanwhile, you can go for bachelor's in various biology subjects and if you are studying in delhi university then you can also take physical education in your general elective subjects and you will get a minor degree in the same. There are so many good universities and colleges which provide wonderful education for BSc in any science ( or biology ) subject. Some of them are - Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, etc.

For Hons. In B.com the cut off percentage is determined by the best four subjects from intermediate. English is a mandatory subject. So to calculate the percentage you will have to keep English plus other three subjects with the highest marks (out of Economics, Business studies, maths and accounts).

Physical Education & Physics both are different subjects. Physical Education is related to your health whereas Physics refers to a science subject. Therefore, physical education marks can never replace physics marks.

Yes you can add physical education as one of the four subjects required for admission in BA Hons Psychology . It is very much allowed but they may deduct some percentage due to this but still it should not affect your percentage that much and you would be able to get it
