Physics
Hello,
Yes, you are eligible for NEET 2027. For the SC category, you need at least 40% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Your marks (33 in Physics, 51 in Chemistry, and 62 in Biology) total 146, which is above the required percentage. Make sure you also meet the age requirement by the specified date.
Hope it helps !
Hello Rishabh,
while many BASLP programs prefer candidates with biology some institutions may consider applicants from other science streams if you meet their overall eligibility criteria. its essential to check the specific admission requirements of the institutes you are interested in, you mmight also explore bridge courses or preparatory modules to cover necessary biology concepts if required.

Hey Madhu !
It depends on the eligibility criteria of the university you are applying to. Some universities may prefer Mathematics or Computer Science for BCA, while others might accept any three subjects. Since you are from a PCB background, it is better to check the specific university requirements.
If the university allows any three subjects, you can keep Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. But if they prefer a different combination, you may consider replacing Chemistry with Biology if needed.
Here are some of the few Science degrees without mathematics as its core
You completed your B.Sc. with a pass degree, and now you want to pursue a Master's degree in Mathematics. Here's a general guide for you:
If you want me to suggest some universities kindly let me know in the comment section.
With a GATE score of 258 in the SC category and a 72% in your M.Sc. in Physics, securing admission to M.Tech. programs in Nanotechnology at IITs is challenging. Based on previous years' data, IITs typically have higher cutoff scores for M.Tech. admissions , even for reserved categories.
For instance, the GATE cutoff for SC candidates in various disciplines at IIT Madras has often been significantly higher than your current score.
With a 95.52 percentile in JEE Main, your approximate rank would be around 39,000. Based on previous years' data, you have a good chance of securing admission to the Integrated M.Sc. in Physics program at NIT Rourkela . For instance, in 2023, the closing rank for this program was 56,283.
NIT Warangal also offers a similar program , with the 2024 closing rank for the Home State quota being 36,199
However, since your home state is West Bengal, you would be considered under the Other State quota for NIT Warangal, where the closing rank was 12,918. Therefore, admission to NIT Warangal might be more competitive for you
