Hello Aspirant...
Hope you are doing best..
If you enjoy research on a microlevel in terms of the science of how very small changes within the brain cause larger changes (phew), then neuroscience is for you. It's fascinating, but it'll only teach you about neurotransmitters, action potentials, endocrine function, and so on. The fact that I can switch between these and other things is why I discovered I actually enjoy psychology (e.g. Social Psychology, Personality Psychology, Clinical Psychology). When I get bored with one aspect, I switch to another.
Neuropsychology is a branch of psychology concerned with how the brain and the rest of the body interact. The scientific study of the nervous system is known as neuroscience. Neurobiology is the study of nervous system cells and their organisation into functional circuits that process information and mediate behaviour.
The other thing about Neuroscience, as well as what others have said, is that it will place you in a very specific area of the job market. In particular, research, which, as a few of my PhD neuroscience colleagues can attest, can become extremely boring after a while if your heart is not fully invested in it (and sometimes even when it is).
If you're interested in brain function, you might be interested in one of the neuroscience specialisations. Neuropsychology, one of many subfields of neurobiology, is more concerned with cognition and behaviour than other branches of neurobiology.
to decide Which is best between two is up to your interest and think twice before you choose.
Hope this information helps you...
All the best.

Hello!
Hope you are doing good!
With regard to your query, I would like to inform you that the eligibility criteria for admission to MA Psychology would depend largely on the institute you want your admission in. But as a general rule of thumb, in order to be eligible for admission to MA Psychology in India, the candidates are required to obtain a graduation degree from a recognized college or university.
Most of the reputed universities demand an honours in Psychology at the graduation level, or at least the student to have studied Psychology as a subject in graduation. Some of the universities also demand a minimum of 50% marks in graduation. The admission is either merit-based or entrance-based.
Hope this helps you!
Good luck!
