1)Introduction between the counselor and the young person first.
2)Counselor asking the young person about his problems.
3)The young personal could have problems based on either his work life like in his job or from his boss or a fellow colleague etc. or on personal life. You can choose either one and describe it in details to the counselor.
4)The counselor can then answer provide various solutions to the young person after listening to his problems and ask more details if required.

You need to write Staff Selection Commission conducts the combined graduate level - SSC CGL exam which gives appointment for Income Tax Officer and Income Tax Inspector. Age Limit is not more than 27 years (3-13 years of relaxation for reserved categories).

As you have mentioned your child is born on 10/10/2009. So, as per my view child should give 10th board exams at a minimum age of not less than 15-16 years but your child will be just 12 years approximately. It is too early for a kid to adapt that type of level in studies.
Assuming your are a General Category Aspirant, from Engineering Background, having a strong academic record, you should secure atleast anywhere around 99 Percentile, to secure a Call from one of the IIMs as well as between 98-99 for CAP. Incase you are Targetting IIM ABC, you need to raise your targets to anywhere above 99.5+ for better chances and prospects.
