How can i focus better for the NEET 2020? Im always anxious of the smart n pretty girls around me who can handle both their friends as well as their preparation b social media so well. I feel insecure about myself n onlyuse my time to boost my confidence reading stuff online n schoolwrk these days.

Kanupriya Gupta 17th Jan, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

You should know that insecurities and anxieties are true to everybody and it can lead to a great amount of distress in your life. When you talk about the girls around you and what they are doing, you are focusing too much on something superficial. You need to see the meaning of what they are doing as well. Life is supposed to be meaningful. It is supposed to be something with a purpose. Do not judge them but yes know that you should practice what you believe in. So if you find NEET meaningful and something you want to pursue, then go ahead with it and do not think of anything else.

Find the trigger to this. What exactly is making you feel insecure and what exactly is triggering you to this state. Is this a memory or something which happened to you. Why do you think you are not smart and beautiful like the other girls? Is it because of the clothes or makeup or how they conduct themselves? Find the root cause and try to resolve it.

Accept yourself. You can always be the best version of yourself no matter what. Embrace it. You have to love yourself and approve your actions if you wish to have a better state of mind. Keep your aims clear. Do you want to clear NEET? Yes! But you also want to have fun and get pictures clicked. Go ahead! But manage your time well...Trust yourself and the moment and you will be able to conquer what you wish to.

Hope this helps. All the best!

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 9th Jan, 2020
Hello,

You are on the right track. You just need some guidance now.
First of all Just start with the syllabus if JEE and Analyse the syllabus wholly.

Highlight the topics which you haven't read yet, and start with them

Make a routine and divide the timing for the three subjects accordingly.

Initially, just start with a basic books, I would suggest you to go for NCERT  for physics and chemistry.
For maths, practice from R.D Sharma or RS Agarwal.

Go through past year question papers.

For physics, i would recommend you to study and practice D.C Pandey.
For chemistry, NCERT+RC Mukherjee(physical) , I think that would be enough .

You can also joking our online coaching for the best guidance. Click on the link to know more about that.

is 2019 jee mains question paper of all swifts and ncert book enough for getting good Marks in maths and chem and for physics I dont have enough time so I am reading only 2019 question paper of all swifts and not ncert so it is enough for me to get good in physics and as well as chem and maths

Pratham Meghani 4th Jan, 2020

Dear Aspirant

In chemistry please go through ncert in depth .As last year most of theoretical question are from NCERT .Mainly focus on inorganic portion chapters including s,p,d,f blocks. In maths you should solve previous year question paper to score good marks.in physics atleast question paper of 2019 .You should also focus on your accuracy to avoid Negative marking .Also try to attempt practice test to work on time management.

Thanks

Vikas, you should do a course in Sports Management. May be you can pursue MBA in Sports Management. Sports Management is a less explored but a field with emerging opportunities in various domains like Event Management, Sport Marketing, Sports Infrastructure, Sports Organisations, Financials of Sports, etc.

Pankhuri Kumari 28th Dec, 2019
Hii Deepak!
It is usually asked to enter your details of DOB, name, father's name, mother's name etc., As per the class 10th certificate or marksheet. Only this is taken into consideration. You can change the detail, ie., Your mother's name when the correction window opens as per your class 10th certificate. It is clearly mentioned on the portal. You can also contact the NEET UG official helpdesk and ask them about the query in case of any further issues. They may help you in this. Hope this helps.
Good luck!

what should I do to cover the whole lesson in textbook should I write it or remembered it by reading only

KUNAL LANJEWAR 24th Dec, 2019

Hello,

The question you are asking is asked by majority of students. Many of the students have a problem in learning things. There are various techniques which a student can adopt to remember things which students innovate on their own. I am listing down some simple suggestions for you. Hope they help you.

1. First read the lesson carefully with full concentration. Don't interrupt yourself while reading. Try to understand each and every topic.

2. Try to imagine things. This will help your mind to understand better. Brain always learn things quickly in visuals than in wordings. So, try visualizing things.

3. Make short points of every topic of the lesson and list them down in your notebook. Make points in such a way that you will remember whole things by looking at that single line. For example, you must have heard the Tortoise and Rabbit's race story, the story which tagline Slow but Steady wins the Race. I will simply write the whole story in a single line as : Rabbit vs Tortoise, Rabbit eats and sleeps, tortoise continues and wins. After reading this line, I will remember whole story, so do you.

So, just like this, try making short but expressive points and just go through them once everyday. You will surely remember things.

4. Never try to memories things. You will forget things after a time interval. Always understand things.

Best Wishes.

if I only study ncert 12th syabbus and not 11th without the preparation of any jee mains books. I meant just by reading ncert book for chem phy and maths will I be able to get above 100 Marks in Mains exam and get into jee advanced with good recognition to my name pls answer

Akram Khan 23rd Dec, 2019

Hi,

JEE exam is a difficult exam to crack. It requirers lots of study and hardwork to prepare for the exam. For an extraordinary student probably it might be sufficient to read ncert only. But for an average student I think reading only ncert does not work.

For such examination it is equally important to practice the question with theory. Only then you can get an idea about your preparation and how much you can score.

Class 11th syllabus is also equally important because in class 11 the basic concept are given which help further to understand the topics of class 12.

So in my opinion you should practice question from jee main books alongwith the study of ncert. And if your basic of class 11 is strong enough you can skip that. But it will be better if you do a quick revision of class 11 topics.

Hope this help you in your studies.
